Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
For companies that want more than a recruiter. We become a part of your team and build relationships that go beyond just finding you the perfect candidate.
Best for: Seasonal camps, schools, and companies that have an ongoing recruiting need or mass seasonal volume. Option 1: Full takeover We take over the whole recruitment cycle from initial job postings to hiring candidates on your behalf. The first time you speak with a candidate, they will already have been offered the position, by us on your behalf, and ready to join your team. We work with employers to see what they need, what the job entails, and what they look for in an employee. We then put all of our candidates through an intense hiring process in order to make sure they are the perfect fit. Option 2: Partial takeover We take over most of the recruitment cycle from posting jobs to interviewing candidates. Once we find the perfect candidates, we hand them over to you for a final interview. Once they go through your final interview and you are ready to offer them the job, you can pass them back to us to make them a final offer. Option 3: Full/Partial Combination If you have hiring needs of various staff levels and only want to speak with the higher levels, we can do a full takeover for entry and/or mid-level positions and do a partial takeover for senior level staff. Standard Recruiting Services
For companies that are looking for standard recruiters that will help source candidates. We source the candidates and vet them through an intense interview process. We weed out unqualified candidates and send you only the best.
Best for: Schools and companies that need a one-off hire or who do very little hiring throughout the year. Permanent Recruitment or Temporary Staffing We offer in-depth searches that are affordable and fast. All entry level and mid-level searches are done on a contingency fee basis with no extra fees. This means that you only pay when and if you hire one of our candidates. Executive level and C-level searches are done on a contingency fee basis with an initial engagement fee. Add-ons:
